On May 9, 2022, Yide Enterprise held a monthly staff meeting in the administrative building of the headquarters. All the leaders of Yide Enterprise in Liuzhou and all employees participated in this meeting. The meeting was chaired by technical director Huang Bifeng.

The first item of the meeting, Zhang Fuquan, the manufacturing director, gave an explanation in the Yide Lecture Hall this month, with the theme of "on-site management and improvement". The main contents include: the main work content of on-site management, personnel management, material management, and quality management.

In the second item of the meeting, the host announced the completion of the tasks of the previous month and led everyone to review the wonderful moments of the previous month:

In addition, the company invested 10 million yuan in April to purchase new energy water-cooled plate welding and testing equipment, and is expected to complete the installation and commissioning in July. The products are supported by the top ten domestic new energy battery enterprises, which will greatly expand the company's product range and business volume, and lay a solid foundation for increasing the production and service of new energy thermal management products in the second half of the year and for the higher growth target next year.

Then the host announced the list of outstanding employees in April: Luo Yangjie, Xu Baiqing, Wei Yusu, Huang Ruining, and Liang Liuli. In addition, there is also the Bole Award, which rewards employees who have absorbed talents for the company. The Bole Award winners are: Mo Xide, Liang Yanzhen, Pan Jinling, Zhang Yujie, Tan Shanjian, Huang Yumei, and Qin Shiquan.
